We have found DPD to be the fastest and most reliable at the moment.

Please Note:
Refills come from a different location and are not included in the free postage offer. If you have refill items in your order, you will receive a split shipment, and will be charged £1.90 for the refill postage.
If the total order is over £50 you'll receive the regular part of your order free (saving £4.95) and will only be charged £1.90 for the refill.
Germany
We're now working with a shipping warehouse in Germany to fulfil all of our European orders locally! That means faster and cheaper shipping for our European customers without headaches and extra cost from customs.
Shipping will take 2-4 business days. Refills cannot be sent to Europe yet.

Packaging
We use recycled paper FSC boxes and packing slips, kraft paper and paper tape to keep your items safe in transit.
You can put the whole box in the recycling.
Gifting?
Every order gets sent out with a packing list, but this doesn't have prices on it so it's gift-safe. Due to restrictions by our fulfilment warehouse, we can't add a gift note or wrapping at the moment, sorry.
