Refills come from a different location and are not included in the free postage offer. If you have refill items in your order, you will receive a split shipment, and will be charged £1.90 for the refill postage.

Packaging
We use recycled paper FSC boxes and packing slips, kraft paper and paper tape to keep your items safe in transit. You can put the whole box in the recycling.
Gifting?
Every order gets sent out with a packing list, but this doesn't have prices on it so it's gift-safe. Due to restrictions by our fulfilment warehouse, we can't add a gift note or wrapping at the moment, sorry.
