We hope that you enjoy our products, however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned, please inform us by email within 14 days of the receipt of the product. Then, you have 14 days to return the parcel to us.

BEFORE YOU RETURN A PRODUCT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:

The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product hasn’t been opened, used or damaged
We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

SHIPPING CHARGES

You are responsible for shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product. Unless there was an issue from our side with the shipping, you will also be responsible for the original shipping charges. We will not refund for an address error, customs charges refusal or a parcel that was not collected from a pick-up point in time. We will not be held liable for the loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Neighbourhood Botanicals. We use tracked services for this reason, and we suggest to the same for returns, although it is at your risk.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

IRRITATION

Most of our products contain essential oils. If you know you are sensitive to limonene or other compounds in essential oils then please do not use these products. If there is another issue please let us know and we will try to resolve it to your satisfaction.
