This elegant gel-like emulsion does exactly what you hope it to - it’s lightweight yet ultra hydrating and doesn’t leave your face feeling tight or greasy.
Our skin cells are two thirds water, so hydration is absolutely key to ageless skin health.
Aloe, comfrey and jojoba and are super soothing and calming against irritation from environmental stressors; panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) is reparative; vegetable glycerin attracts moisture to your cells and betaine forms hydration crystals in your skin keeping it plump and quenched throughout the day.

Glycerin and betaine are two of the most powerful plant derived humectants we have available in skincare. They work synergistically - glycerin draws water from outside the skin into the cells and betaine forms moisture crystals to keep it there, plumping and hydrating for hours.

Allantoin & Provitamin B5

These two extracts provide the softening power of the blend. Allantoin is extracted from the comfrey plant, long used in herbal ointments for it's ability to help new cells grow. Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) has much the same effect and also acts as a humectant.

Calendula & Aloe

Super soothing and skin quenching botanical actives that are soaked up by sensitive skin. They help reduce redness, calm inflammation and protect skin from environmental stressors.

Massively improved my skin

I don't often have as impactful an experience with skincare - usually I'm not sure if it's making a difference at all. I have sensitive skin that's prone to rosacea.

The bottle design for this is so gorgeous that I'm happy to have it live on my bedside table - meaning I use it every night and morning. My rosacea has calmed down massively and my skin tone & texture is markedly better too. I love this product, a definite holy grail!

I love this moisturiser. It is incredible lightweight and non greasy. It's perfect for both day and night. It feels cooling and very gentle on my skin. It soaks in so easily without any residue or sticky feeling. The refill also works brilliantly & it lasts ages. Love ! Love ! Love it !

LOVE this stuff!

After several weeks of eeking out my second bottle of Mild Mannered, my third bottle arrived, so quickly after ordering yesterday. Being able to lavishly slather this gorgeous stuff on my face reminded me just how much I love it. Simply the best moisturiser ever. I have super dry skin, but this, used in combination with the night and day oils has got my skin looking glowing and just fantastic. So light, and yet so moisturising. LOVE it.
